Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please e-mail us at c.wright@crystalearthskincare.com and we'll make it right.
Please note: We can only accept returns for credit on products bought on our website.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Used or opened health and personal care items
All returns/exchanges must be within 14 days of the purchase date. Opened products may be returned/exchanged for store credit only.
Unopened and undamaged products with original packaging may be refunded in full to the card payment was made.
Once we are in receipt of your returned items, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be applied to your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@renunaturals.com and send your item to:

Buyer is responsible for shipping of returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
